Instructions on payment and terms of cancellation

The camp fee will be charged in one payment jointly from the whole group. The due date of the invoice is in May and the account information and payment details are sent to group leaders in April.

If somebody from the group becomes unavailable to participate in the camp, the group can replace him or her with another camper. The registration to the camp is binding and in case of cancellation the camp fee is not refunded.
