Instructions for scouts/guides joining Kilke as an individual participant
Registration to Kilke takes place online. If you do not belong to any group but come to Kilke individually, you will fill in the online registration form yourself. N.B. Only those who are over 18 years old can come to Kilke without a group.
To access the online registration form you will need an registration code. To request the registration code, please register yourself as a group leader in here (eventhought you come as an individual you have to use same online form as the groups use). After your request has been processed by the Kilke organisers (which might take a few weeks), you will receive an the registration code and a link to the online registration system via email.
All participants will need to fill in the registration form and sign it. Once you have filled the form, you can enter the info to the online registration system.
The closing date for the registrations to is 31st January, 2010. All registrations must be submitted online by that date. The registration will not be binding until the camp organisation in Finland has made sure that the person in question is a member of a national scout or guide organisation and has paid the whole fee.
Payment instructions will be sent during February 2010.

Guideline for scouts joining Kilke as an individual participant
- Register yourself to the online registration system (It might take few weeks for us to complete the registration)
- Obtain a copy of the registration form and fill it in
- Fill in the information to the online registration system before 31st January 2010 (save the registration form and bring it with you to the camp)
- Wait for payment instructions
