Instructions for scouts/guides joining Kilke in a group

Registration to Kilke takes place online. Group leaders will take care of the registration of their group members.

All participants will need to fill in the registration form, sign it and submit it to their group leader. A group leader will then fill in the participants' data on to the online registration system.

The closing date for the registrations to is 31st January, 2010. All registrations must be submitted online by that date, so participants will need to submit their registration forms to their group leaders before that date (your group might have an individual deadline for registration forms).

Payment instructions will be sent to all registered groups and all participants who will arrive individually during February 2010. The registration will not be binding until the camp organisation in Finland has made sure that the person in question is a member of a national scout or guide organisation and has paid the whole fee.

Guideline for scouts joining Kilke in a group

1. Obtain a copy of registration form and instruction sheet
2. Fill in the form and return it to your group leader before 31st January 2010
3. Wait for further instructions
