Instructions to group leaders
Registration to Kilke takes place online. Group leader will take care of the registration of the group members.
To access the online registration form group leaders will need a registration code. To request the registration code, please register yourself as a group leader in here. After your request has been processed by the Kilke organisers (which might take a few weeks), you will receive a registration code and a link to the online registration system via email.
All participants will need to fill in the registration form, sign it and give it to their group leader. A group leader will then fill in the participants' data on to the online registration system.
The closing date for the registrations to is 31st January, 2010. All registrations must be submitted online by that date.
Payment instructions will be sent to all registered groups and all participants who will arrive individually during February 2010.

Guideline for a group leader
- Register yourself as a group leader in here (It might take few weeks for us to complete the registration)
- Make sure that every member of your group has got a copy of the registration form
- Collect the fulfilled registration forms and fill in the information to the online registration system before 31st of January 2010 (save the registration forms and bring them with you to the camp)
